Efficiently transfers bulk potatoes from containers to the Grader using a Hopper and a modular plastic conveyor belt for precise, uniform output.
Raw potato sorting equipment that separates smaller-than-average potatoes, reducing small slices during slicing and protecting oil quality.
Washes potatoes in a hopper using rotary action from a vertical screw elevator; gravity separates stones from floating potatoes; impurities drained to protect downstream equipment.
Continuous peeler using rotating abrasive rollers (left/right-hand combination) with a Rotary Gate to control peeling percentage.
Stainless steel rollers gently tumble potatoes for manual inspection/defect removal before the Single Potato Feed Conveyor.
Maintains consistent potato level via a vibrating fork sensor; feeds the slicer auger (Singulator); VFD-adjustable speed.
Two counter-rotating augers ensure a uniform single-row supply of potatoes to the slicer inlet.
Cuts uniform slices via centrifugal force from a rotating impeller; 8 cutting stations; requires continuous fresh water at 9.5–11.5 LPM.
Two rows of nozzles spray fresh water to remove excess starch and deliver uniformly clean slices.
Feeds slices to the Blancher; filtered water recirculated with anti-foaming agent; overflow goes to starch recovery; treated water returns to Peeler.
