Receives dried potato slices from the Hydro Machine; uniformly feeds the Vibro Shaker via modular plastic conveyor belt. (Export markets noted: India, Bangladesh, Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, UAE)

Controlled temperature oil bath; paddles prevent clustering; submerger completes frying; take-out conveyor removes fried chips. Features: Oil Storage System & Heat Exchanger, PLC Control Panel, Oil Level Control & Management, Laminar Oil Flow, Optimal Oil Turnover Ratio.
Receives fried chips, allows manual inspection/sorting and slight cooling before the Flavouring Drum.
